dinner last night was the pioneer woman's spinach artichoke pasta. pretty dang good, although i'm thinking the leftovers could benefit from a little time in the oven and a crunchy cheese crust? also if you're thinking of making this, unless you're a pro it does not go as quickly as she indicates, so have your warming lamp or your oven on to keep the different parts warm as you progress through the recipe!
